Mike specializes in sports deep tissue massage to help relieve pain, increase performance, restore posture, and heal ailments. He employs techniques that involve the client to help increase results and to help teach that they are the most important part of the healing process. He believes in a full body approach to massage, looking not only at the sight of pain, but where the source of it may be coming on another part of the body. Mike provided sports massage for the New York Giants during his internship.
Mike spends his free time powerlifting, studying, and reading anything he can about the human body. He is a huge proponent of physical fitness and strongly believes that it is one of the most important parts of being a healthy pain free individual.
